My career began in public service as a Victim Advocate on a 24-hour crisis response team for a nonprofit organization. I worked side by side with local police departments, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, physicians, hospitals, and mortuaries to comfort and guide families through moments of unimaginable loss and uncertainty. Those experiences shaped me deeply — they taught me empathy, composure under pressure, and the power of trust during life’s most difficult moments. The lessons I learned in those early years continue to influence how I connect with and support people in every part of my life today.
I later transitioned into medical sales and leadership, where I had the privilege of leading high-performing teams at St. Jude Medical and NeuroTherm before founding Black Coral, Inc., a medical product distribution company, serving physicians throughout Southern California. What began as a vision to make a meaningful impact quickly grew into a successful business generating more than $10 million in total revenue. That success was built not only on strategy and performance but on relationships, integrity, and a genuine commitment to service — values that continue to guide everything I do today.
Now, as a real estate professional with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, I bring that same dedication and relationship-focused approach to helping clients achieve their goals. I’m known for my professionalism, warmth, and results-driven mindset — blending business acumen with genuine empathy. With a background in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Southern California (USC) and experience working with individuals and families from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, I take pride in delivering personalized solutions and guiding clients through every step of the process with confidence and care.
The Values That Shaped Me
I was raised by two remarkable parents who immigrated from Vietnam with little more than resilience and hope. My father proudly served in the South Vietnam Air Force, while my mother worked as a clerk for the U.S. Military — both embodying courage, discipline, and unwavering dedication. When they came to America, they carried those same values into everything they did.
My father was a man of quiet strength — resourceful, focused, and tireless in his work to support our family of twelve. He never complained, no matter how long the day, and approached every task with honesty and pride. From him, I learned the true meaning of hard work and integrity.
My mother taught me compassion and grace. She lived by the belief that giving is its own reward, and that kindness and respect should guide every interaction. She reminded me daily to hold myself to the highest standards — personally and professionally.
Their courage, discipline, and love for others are qualities that continue to inspire me. My father’s tireless work ethic and integrity, and my mother’s compassion, generosity, and respect for others, shaped the person I strive to be every day.
Their legacy reminds me to work hard, lead with heart, and treat every person with kindness and respect.
